These terms apply when you use BookinRight. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions? Email [email protected].
The beta
BookinRight is in beta. It is free for now, features may change, and you may run into bugs. We will give notice before any pricing begins, and you will not be charged for an optional extra unless you choose it. Keep your own copy of important information, and use the backup tools in your account.
Your account
Keep your password private and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity in your account and for the people you give access to.
Your business and your customers
You are responsible for your services, prices, availability and for fulfilling the bookings you accept. You must have the right to enter customer information, and you should only send marketing emails to customers who agreed to receive them. BookinRight is a tool; we are not a party to the agreement between you and your customers.
Acceptable use
Do not use BookinRight for anything unlawful, to send spam, to harm or mislead people, or to interfere with the service.
Payments
BookinRight does not collect payments from your customers yet. Any amounts you record are for your own tracking.
Availability
We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error free. We may update, pause or end features, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, BookinRight is provided as is, and we are not liable for lost bookings, revenue or data arising from its use.
Ending your account
You can stop using BookinRight at any time and ask us to delete your account.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use BookinRight means you accept the updated terms.
