Who this covers
Business owners who create a BookinRight account, and the customers of those businesses who book or are added to a business’s records.
What we collect
Business owners: your name, email, password (stored in a protected form), business details, and what you add to your workspace, such as services, schedules, customers, bookings, service reports and inventory.
Customers of a business: the name, email, phone number, address, answers to booking questions and booking details that you or the business enter when booking.
How we use it
To run the service: show bookings and records to the business, send confirmation and service emails, provide support, keep the platform secure, and improve BookinRight. We do not sell personal information.
Who sees customer information
Customer information belongs to the business that collected it, and that business is responsible for how it uses it. We process it on the business’s behalf. A customer’s private booking link lets only the holder of that link view, cancel or reschedule that booking.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to host the service and send email. They only handle information as needed to provide those services.
Emails
Customers receive emails about their bookings and service visits. Marketing emails are only sent to people who opted in, and every one includes an unsubscribe link.
Your choices
You can edit or delete records in your dashboard, and you can ask us to delete your account or a customer’s information by emailing us. Customers should contact the business they booked with, or us if they cannot reach the business.
Keeping information safe
We use passwords, private links and access limits to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep management links private.
